STUDIODOTCOM was born in the early 90’s from the merger of professionals with yearly experience in tax and corporate advisory in Como. A few years later, the Firm also includes lawyers and legal consultants, labour consultants and experts in regulation and tax matters within the agronomy area.

During the years the Firm grew bigger, both in size and achievements. Amongst its clients are now major companies, both local and international. The Firm’s partnership agreements with tax and law firms allowed it to expand its activity in the EU and in Switzerland.
In 2010 the Firm opened a secondary office in Treviglio, near Bergamo, in collaboration with experts in the agronomy field, most developed in the area of the North of Italy.

The Firm now includes more than 20 professionals, amongst whom are CPAs, lawyers and corporate consultants, who operate together, with an interdisciplinary perspective, in order to offer clients the most complete services possible.
Finally, a few associates and employees carry on the day-to-day secretary, data-process and accounting services.
The Firm operates in most various areas, varying from corporate, tax and legal advisory, to the assistance during insolvency proceedings, to the selection and training of personnel.
The Firm’s clients operate in different business fields, mainly industrial, services and agriculture.
